THANK YOU !! for your school's AMAZINGLY BRILLIANT package. The students were purely ecstatic over it's reception, and the detail and amount of work put into it is just incredible. I have let the students have preliminary views of it (because I was having just as much fun pawing through the stuff myself) but we plan on working yours and our other packages into our regular curriculum, introducing new parts of the package as they fit into our international English lessons, as well as making Friends and Flags viewing days in our international understanding room. Our principal was amazed by your efforts as well. He sat next to me as we tried out the CD for the first time and soon I had the entire staff room standing around me, completely befuddled by the amount of English going on, but fascinated with all that you were showing us (consciously and unconsciously). Awesome, awesome work. We are SO excited and SO thankful that you could put it together for us so quickly. We really look forward to continuing our relationship with you!  Let me know when you receive our not-so-brilliant-as-yours-but-decent-first-attempt package. :)  We would be very happy to answer any questions.

We were so happy to receive your package today. The kids are a little busy
with Purim but we watched the fantastic CD and it is fascinating! Your work is fabulous. I loved seeing the kids and hearing them. I had tears in my eyes. It is funny because we have been studying about Canada all week. We correspond with 2 other schools in Canada and all of the packages came
together and what is so unique is how different they all are! I will write
after the Purim holiday and thanks so much.

Your website is INCREDIBLE. It was so great to see everything that you have been working on during the year. It was very special to see the process of your preparations of the packages and then the packages that you actually sent and received. Your site will serve as a wonderful example to other teachers in the program. It also made it very real for me as the director of Friends and Flags to see how children and teachers were benefiting and learning from the project!

It is truly a real pleasure to see this beautiful web site. There is so much to learn about Canada. You should all be praised for this excellent work! It has been our pleasure to work with Micheline and Amy for the last two years. We are proud of our friends from Doncrest School. How wonderful that Friends and Flags is setting such a tremendous example to the world of how good the world can be! The global collaboration and shared learning process is something to be admired and I hope it will continue for many years. Love to Micheline and Amy, their classes and the rest of the students at Doncrest.
